Academy
Method, age stages, session structure and how progress is measured — all in one place.
We develop players who understand the game
Our method stands on four pillars. Every session, every evaluation and every match serves them.
Technique
Comfort on the ball comes first. In every session a child touches the ball hundreds of times.
- First touch and ball control
- Passing with both feet
- Dribbling and 1v1 play
- Shooting technique
Game intelligence
Children learn not only what to do but why: seeing space, making decisions, helping the team.
- Reading the game
- Movement off the ball
- Small-sided games (3v3, 5v5)
- Understanding positions
Physical development
Age-appropriate load: coordination, agility and speed — safe and healthy.
- Coordination and balance
- Short-distance speed
- Agility and reaction
- Proper warm-up and recovery
Character
Football is a lesson for life. Children learn discipline, respect and how to get back up after a defeat.
- Team spirit and respect
- Responsibility and discipline
- Self-confidence
- Fair play
How a session works
Every session lasts 60 minutes and follows the same logic: prepare the body, learn the skill, apply it in a game.
Warm-up and coordination
Movement with and without the ball, agility ladder, reaction games.
Technical block
The topic of the day — passing, receiving, dribbling or shooting — with lots of repetition.
Small-sided game
The skill in a real game situation: 3v3, 4v4 or 5v5.
Cool-down and review
Stretching and a short debrief: what worked and what we will work on.
Age groups
The group is assigned automatically by year of birth. League groups compete in the AFFA U-League.
Core skills
Building the technical base: passing, receiving, dribbling. First small-sided games.
- Playing with both feet
- 4v4 and 5v5 games
- Team awareness
Understanding the game
Technique meets speed. Children learn position, space and decision-making.
- Positional play
- Quick decisions
- U-League experience
How we measure progress
Every month the coach scores each child on six criteria from 1 to 10. The result appears in the member area as a radar chart with month-by-month change.
Ball control, passing accuracy, playing with both feet.
Positioning, movement off the ball, speed of decision-making.
Speed, endurance, coordination and agility.
Reaction to mistakes, playing under pressure, concentration.
Communication, support, playing for a shared goal.
Attendance, punctuality, respect for the rules and the coach.
What parents see
- A new evaluation every month with two coach comments: strengths and areas to improve.
- Attendance rate and a session-by-session history.
- Next match, results and payment status.
- SMS about key events: admission, match reminders, payment confirmation.
