What data we collect, how we protect it, and the club rules.
Privacy
- Data we collect
- The parent's name, phone and email; the child's name, date of birth, gender and, optionally, position, stronger foot and health notes; attendance, evaluation and payment records.
- Purpose
- Data is used only to run the club: group placement, session planning, progress reports, payments and SMS notifications.
- Who can see it
- The parent, the administrator and the child's coach can see the child's data. Health notes are shown to no one else. We never sell data to third parties.
- SMS
- Informational notices (admission, matches, payments) are sent through an SMS service. You can opt out of promotional SMS in your profile.
- Security
- Passwords are stored as hashes, the site runs on HTTPS, sign-in attempts are rate-limited and only authorised users can access the panels.
- Your rights
- You can update your details in the member area or ask the administrator to delete your account: info@enjoyfc.az.
Club rules
- Arrive on time
- Arrive 10 minutes before the session — the warm-up starts on time.
- Payment
- Fees are monthly and paid at the start of the month. Invoices appear in the member area; reminders arrive by SMS.
- Missed sessions
- If a long break is coming because of illness or travel, tell the administrator in advance.
- Health
- Keep health notes up to date at registration or in the member area — the coach takes them into account.
- Behaviour
- Respect, fair play and team spirit are expected from everyone — players and parents alike.
- Photos and video
- Photos from club events may be shared on the website and social media. If you prefer not, let us know.
